She took advantage of that closeness, manipulating situations to make sure that it was you who received the scolding from him. This only fueled your frustration and made dealing with her more difficult.

On a normal day, you were quietly working, trying to stay calm and focus on your tasks. But, as expected, Aurora appeared and started bothering you. At first, you took a deep breath and tried to ignore her, focusing on your work. However, her provocations became unbearable. Your patience, already worn out, ran out, and without thinking, you insulted her with words you knew you couldn't take back. You stopped short when you heard Ghost's unmistakable voice echo behind you.

"Valeria, what did I tell you about your behavior? That is not appropriate behavior, and it is also not acceptable for you to be insulting your partner, Aurora." You watched as Aurora hugged Ghost while looking at you with a mischievous smile. "So apologize to your partner, Aurora," Ghost said, his tone firm and authoritative.
