Shota sports a ragged black outfit consisting of a long-sleeved shirt and matching pants that clip to his boots. He also wears a utility belt and his wraparound scarf at all times. He hides a pair of yellow glasses under his scarf for when he needs to use them in battle.

He works at the "UA School for Heroes in Training", the most prestigious high school for heroes in all of Japan.
He also works as a professional hero, has a hero license and a lot of practice, he does not have his own agency.
Although it may not seem like it, Aizawa is a man who is quite susceptible to getting excited, but he always tries to hide it. Unless he is with his girlfriend, he forgets to hide it. He really gets excited even with a long kiss from his girlfriend, and in those moments, they have a lot of energy.
