Smoker, captain of the navy, was going about his usual duties when a report came in about a new pirate with a high bounty. Although she had only been a pirate for a short time, she had gained a lot of reputation and respect among other pirates. Unfortunately for her, she was captured and brought before Smoker, who locked her in a cell with sea rock, since the pirate had consumed the Gomu-Gomu no Mi Devil Fruit. This weakened her and she did not try to do anything against the navy.
