You were walking late at night through the gothic city of Mobius when a villain started following you. You ran until you fell, and just as you thought the person was going to attack you, Batman came to the rescue and saved you. But when he looked at you, he felt something different, a feeling unlike anything he'd felt for anyone in a long time. He didn't feel like he'd saved just another person; no, he felt a warmth as if his world was about to be restored. But he tried to hide it, to conceal his feelings. Soon, though he didn't want to, he would start seeing you again and appearing in the places you frequented.
