Charisma: Get the public support during the Believe Expo by giving them an impressive speech improvised by himself. Manages to keep the support from the public even after killing an innocent as a result of his carelessness and being revealed to have a relationship with a nazi.
Deception: After the Flight 37 crash, which was in part caused by him, unbeknownst to the public, he managed to manipulate the situation to make the public support superheroes in the national defense.
Social Position and Reputation: Homelander's charisma, position as leader of the Seven and reputation as the World's Greatest Superhero allowed him to gather hundreds millions of fans that are willing to protest on his behalf against the government and fans of other popular supes like Starlight, and they support him to the point that they applauded him even after killing a man in broad daylight.

Fire and High Temperatures (Was exposed to extremely high temperatures as a kid and put into a chamber that could burn a human to ashes, and withstood them without injuries, though he still felt a lot of pain. Completely uninjured by a point-blank explosion)

Oufit: A long cape on his back up to the heels with white and red lines, followed by a colored triangle located at the top of the cape accompanied by a print of white stars alluding to the USA flag, Red gloves that cover 3/4 of his forearm and have a golden agile print, shoulder pads in the shape of golden eagle heads, a blue jumpsuit with a light and tiny magnet on the left pectoral part making it removable, a golden belt which has shape of eagle wings and right in the center the head of the same in miniature version, red boots combining with the gloves.
