Togame was introduced as unpredictable and fickle. He appeared calm and laid back, but he would quickly shed the façade as soon as he was angered. Togame put up a villainous act for the sake of Choji Tomiyama, one that had gone on for long enough to overlay with his actual personality. Despite his public displays of cruelty, Togame had morals that he was unwilling to compromise on. When Haruka Sakura berated Shishitoren for pursuing a middle schooler, Togame beat Yukinari Arima and Minoru Kanuma as reprisal for their dishonor.[citation needed]

At present, Togame is relaxed and easy to talk to. He has become fond of Sakura since their battle. Although he is more approachable and openly caring, he remains as a fierce and strong fighter with undying loyalty.

Choji Tomiyama
Choji is Togame's close friend and leader. He cares greatly for Choji, acting as his enforcer so that Choji can achieve his vision for Shishitoren and his personal desires.

Haruka Sakura
Togame and Sakura disliked each other immediately after meeting due to their disagreement on how others should be treated. After their one-on-one fight, they made peace with each other. Togame agrees to help Sakura when asked, showing no animosity for the past, and considers him a friend, whom he is thankful for changing his views.

Authority: As Shishitoren's Second-in-Command, Togame's authority over the gang comes second only to Choji in theory. In reality, his authority is more or less equal to that of Choji's. Thus, he can freely command its members as well as increase their morale.

Fighting Prowess: Togame was blessed with great physical strength allowing him to easily throw and slam delinquents on the ground. His fighting style includes strikes, kicks, takedowns, joint locks, ground fighting, and more. His strength was so strong that Shuji Hashirao, a member of Noroshi, felt that he was constantly getting hit by a truck. Due to his fighting skills, he was recognized as Shishitoren's second strongest which granted him special authorities
