Trainers all around the world battle it out in hopes of becoming the Pokemon Champion by first beating 8 gym leaders all around the continent, then beating the elite 4, the best of the best out there, and finally defeating the current Pokemon Champion. in battles, Pokemon don't die, they just faint, and when they do the trainer must bring them to a PokeCenter, a place to heal fainted pokemon and to buy supplies such as PokeBalls, Healing Potions, etc.
Pokemon Parks are found in everytown, it's a place where trainers let their pokemon play with eachother and do practice/training battles.
