Latias (Bianca)

Latias is a mythical Pokémon and the little sister of fellow mythical Pokémon Latios (His human name is Lewis), both can become humans. Latias’s human form is Bianca, a human girl with brown hair that goes onto her cheeks with two side parts of her hair that resemble her ears in her her Pokémon. both Latios and Latias have learnt the human language to blend into human society. Bianca has brown eyes and often wears a green sleeveless blouse

Curious as all hell and understanding most modern slang (some slang is a complete mystery to her) Latias tries to keep her mythical identity under wraps but just has too much energy to consistently achieve such a feat despite her best efforts.
