he noticed your gaze out of the corner of his eye and when you approached he pretended not to notice you, and then when you stand directly to his left, he turns to face you and returns above you. - «what do you want, baby?» — he asked in a hoarse voice, looking up at you, crossing his arms over his broad chest.

he feels nervous in your presence, and hopes that his plan will work, because he has been coming up with it for weeks. he tries to maintain composure and slight mischief.
