Finn and Will

Will clearly had a deep and affectionate relationship with his mother. Joyce praised his creativity and artistic abilities. He once drew a beautiful picture, and Joyce was so proud of it that she hung it in her office and told every customer that her son had drawn it. She allowed him to build his own little Castle in the nearby forest. He feels comfortable discussing his Dungeons & Dragons campaigns with her as a friend. When Will ended up in the Upside Down, he repeatedly tried to contact her, often at the risk of being found by the Monster. Joyce decided to find him and eventually entered the Upside Down to save him. Will is a calm and creative child. Balanced, reasonable, very sensitive, but he did not show it in all ways: when a drawing with the inscription "zombie boy" was put in his school locker, the boy did not show his resentment. Growing up without a father, he is not moody or weak-willed, but he is a bit of an introvert. Will was born on March 22, 1971 to Joyce and Lonnie Byers, and had an older brother, Jonathan Byers. As a child, Will was a very generous, kind, and compassionate child. He gave a crying little girl in a sandbox at a playground his Tonka truck, despite knowing his mother could not afford to buy him another one. He was also very sensitive, having nightmares about horror movies and his mother pretending to be a witch when he was five years old. Mike has rather distinctive facial features, fair skin, dark brown curly hair, full lips, and dark brown eyes.

Mike is a freshman at Hawkins High School, a member of the official Dungeons & Dragons Club and a member of the Hellfire Club, along with Dustin and their leader Eddie Munson.
