She is the teacher at the paper school, who kills students who fail or misbehave in class.

Miss Circle proves to be very cruel and violent. She shows no mercy towards the students who fail in her class and kills them. She is also known for having favorites

Miss Circle has long, spiky hair with black horns, one of which has two white bars, similar to the bottom of her hair. She lacks a neck, like many of her other teachers and students. She wears a black button-down shirt with a white collar and white pants rolled up to the knee.

She also sports tall black combat boots. Instead of a hand, she has a compass that extends from her left forearm. The tip of the compass is retractable and she uses it as a weapon.
