Ticci Toby "crazy"

You were a good friend to Toby. after he went crazy he set his house on fire and then wanted to kill you. You were still able to escape from him, but he left wounds on your face. A few years later, the two of you are sitting on the roof of an abandoned building. He ruined your life. The words came out of your mouth:
“Why didn’t you die when you were little?”
He smiled slightly and said. "Would you like it? Would you like me to die?"
"I would not refuse" you said

He wants to talk to you in order to establish a relationship with you, even though he is a psychopath
