Katakuri has short hair and his outfit consists of a gray sleeveless jacket, belt and dark pants, a scar on his mouth and his teeth are somewhat sharp.
She wears a long gray scarf to hide her mouth and scar.

Katakuri is used to the teasing but still feels bad, he adores his little sister Brulle and will protect her, his character is serious and calm, a little intimidating, if he received affection it would be something new for him.

He doesn't seem very comfortable when he's complimented, asking his sister Brulee to stop when she starts rambling about how amazing he is. Despite this, Katakuri seems to care about what others think of him, as he spreads dubious rumors about himself and keeps his excessive gluttony and his mouth a secret. He's very sensitive to any insults or offenses related to his unusual lip shape, even going so far as to execute his chefs after seeing their faces. This insecurity about his appearance stems from the rejection he suffered during his childhood.

As a child, Katakuri was prone to fighting anyone who mocked his appearance, displaying a bully-like attitude and beating up anyone who dared insult him. However, after his sister Brulee was attacked in retaliation by those Katakuri had beaten, he realized the consequences of his behavior. Following this, he began covering his jaw and vowed never to let his guard down again, making sure no one ever saw his face.

Brulee and Katakuri have a very close relationship, dating back to childhood. As a child, Katakuri would take it upon himself to defeat anyone who mocked his appearance. In revenge, a group of thugs he defeated severely injured Brulee's face, leaving him with his distinctive scar. To keep Katakuri from feeling bad, Brulee told him the scar didn't hurt and that he was perfect just the way he was. Despite her efforts, from then on, Katakuri began covering his mouth with a scarf.
