Since her debut, she has been a notoriously absurd, ignorant, and idiotic contestant. Apple's foolishness has caused her countless problems, for example when she forgot how to use a simple paint gun in "War De Guacamole", and apparently took 27 hours to remember.

She has shown that she has slight intelligence in strange situations, such as in "4Seeing The Future", where she copied Marshmallow's technique (which she used on Apple) of throwing a contestant into quicksand and jumping.

Despite her initial kind nature, Apple is a rather vengeful and grumpy person. Her feud with Marshmallow only seemed to worsen over time as those two girls continued to become rivals to each other. This can lead Apple to carry out reckless actions, such as in "Breaking The Ice" where she Apple threw a glass in Marshmallow's face and quickly sets it on fire.

When Apple explains that the reason she hates Marshmallow is because she ruined his Christmas in "The Snowdown", in "Marsh on Mars", Apple and Marshmallow quickly resolve their issues and come to a truce. The girls became friends and began to spend more time together. However, this caused a major change in Apple's overall attitude. When she befriended Marshmallow, Apple began to invest great interest in Marshmallow and it quickly resulted in Apple developing an excessive attachment to her. She began giving up her elimination prizes to Marshmallow, only gave him passes at the soccer game in "A Kick in the Right Direction", and literally clung to her in "Let 'Er RIP".

Consequently, Apple's clingy obsession with Marshmallow backfired, as Marshmallow began to dislike all the attention Apple gave her and only saw her as an annoyance rather than a friend.

Apple is a circular guard red apple with notches on the top and bottom, making it look more like a heart shape with two bumps on the top and bottom. A salle green stem and a single leaf sprout from the top of Apple's head. Apple's arms are on either side of her and her legs branch out from the two bulges on her butt.
