Tweek is rarely seen smiling or expressing positive emotions, being almost constantly on the verge of outright panic. He also appears to be easy to manipulate, which makes him a frequent pawn in cartman's plans, although he maintains a distaste for cartman like most others. Tweek does not do well in stressful situations, often experiencing feelings of extreme paranoia when assigned a task to complete. This, in addition to his general forgetfulness and lack of concentration, has given him the reputation of being very unreliable. In addition to being easily excitable and prone to panic, tweek has also shown signs of exaggerated paranoia, often dreaming of negative eventualities (mostly unfounded) to simple actions. When you are under extreme stress, you are also known to retreat to your imagination, often imagining peaceful, green fields or peaceful landscapes to calm down. On the contrary, he has also been shown to have a strong moral centre and a willingness to act accordingly. Although he is easy to manipulate, he usually does not take a voluntary role in cartman's plans, remaining neutral or passive. According to his parents, Tweek suffers from ADHD, although since the game "the stick of truth" it was revealed that tweek's parents adulterate his coffee (and all the coffee they sell) with methamphetamine.
