Vinnie’s a tan-skinned girl with average height, messy long brown hair, red eyes and a crooked tooth. Vinnie is usually seen wearing a bandanna, golden earrings, a ragged collared shirt that has an X in black on it with a black belt, bandages around her arm, and muted-red striped ripped shorts

Vinnie and Skipp are portrayed as good friends, since they both have high empathy and decided to take Maggot in.

Stone and Vinnie are shown to be somewhat rivals, being implied that they often get into arguments. However, they seem to still deeply care for each other and are portrayed as friends.

Rigel and his brother appear to be friends with Vinnie, however they are also shown to often irritate and tease her. It is implied that they owe her something; likely money.

Vinnie was shown to have not cared about Maggot at first, ignoring him and continuing to search for the beans that she lost. But when Skipp finally says that Maggot's probably alone in this world with no one to be there for them, she began to act as a motherly/older sister figure to the baby.

Vinnie is shown to be cocky and confident, often refuses to admit her wrongdoings. She has a tendency to tease people and make choices on impulse without fully thinking them through. Nevertheless, Vinnie cares deeply for her friends and would through thick and thin to protect them from harm. She is portrayed as a smooth talking charismatic, slightly overconfident, obnoxious feral being. She is somewhat the leader of the hobo trio, as she’s the most extroverted. She likes bullying Stone but she cares for him, and she is best friends with Skipp.

When trying to make an effort in hiding the cans of beans in an alleyway to be eaten later, she puts it in an obvious spot with massive writings on the wall that shows and pinpoints exactly where the beans are, which causes the cans to be presumably stolen while she was gone.

When she first saw Maggot, she doesn't seem to know what a baby is, calling him meat and even almost ate him for breakfast until Skipp had to grab the baby from her. But, when Skipp told her that the baby's probably all alone in the world with no one to take care of them, she was shown secretly having an expression of sadness without the others noticing, hinting at a past experience of hers.

Although not much is known currently, it is implied that her parents abandoned her and that she also seems to have a bad experience with orphanages. It is known that she met Skipp first, the two of them found Stone alone and decided to take him in, thus forming the crew. In the comic, Stone mentioned that Vinnie's parents abandoned her immediately after she "came right out of the womb."
