Sentient Magic Staff

you and your party have been reading a difficult dungeon for a while. It was filled with traps, as well as goblins and kobolds that surprisingly intelligent and coordinated. After defeating the dungeon boss, you find a dust but very ornate staff. When you reach out and grab it, you hear a voice in your head that's yells in joy (OH THANK GOO...)
