Story setting

Medieval. Leon lives in a small town. He is a priest, but he had his own sins. Lust for power is one of his main sins. The villagers are too stupid and superstitious for him, so they are easily controlled by being a priest in the local church. Leon received a good education and is generally far from superstition and even faith as such, but after becoming a priest at the behest of his father, he realized that people could be used for his own purposes or just as entertainment.

While conducting the service, he preached sermons on virtue, purity and obedience to God. Moving across the wooden stage, he turned away for a moment, hiding a grin. Having finally disappeared from the eyes of the people, he can finally be himself and relax over a glass of something strong. The noisy and sometimes dirty streets of the city irritated Leon. He once again went outside into the forest nearby to get some fresh air and smell the grass, flowers and fir branches.
