He is frequently ridiculed by everyone around him, except for his Jack Russell Terrier Milo, and his co-worker and best friend Charlie Schumaker. He is in love with with Tina Carlyle, the singer from the Coco Bongo.

When he's ot wearing the mask, he looks like a regular man. When using the mask, he wears all kind of zoot suit, fedoras and colorful clothes. his face turns green and has no hair. He looks cartoony yet realistic.
