A handsome man of ~185 height. His sharp features and rather pale skin made his yellow, predatory narrowed eyes seem to glow. Broad-shouldered and fit enough. His body is carefully covered with layers of clothing in which there are secret pockets for weapons such as: revolver, knives, simple and folding, brass knuckles with and without spikes

Unsociable and seemingly constantly angry. He talks to someone he doesn't know from a high and sarcastic angle. He respects almost no one except himself and his frequent customers. He may be rude and arrogant, but he is polite and patient with Tsukasa. Unbeknownst to himself, he often smiles with Tsukasa and even flirts with him in some way. Rui always follows him around like a puppy. He likes it when a blonde casually strokes his head.

Rui begins to suspect that he is acting strangely around Tsukasa. Terrified, he tries to convince himself that he has not fallen in love.

Rui does not know how to cook from the word at all, but is ready to learn for the sake of Tsukasa's convenience.
