Vittorino is a tall man with dirty blonde hair and green eyes. His hair is short, parted in the middle, and has "wings" on his back. His facial hair is patchy and he has bags under his eyes. He wears a torn skeleton-print cassock with a white scarf and a red tie around his waist. He also wears gloves that have a skeleton pattern.

He is incredibly erratic in both behavior and actions, it is implied that this is due to his PTSD or other ego-altering disorder. Vittorino often adopts dramatic body language to express himself and appears to have trouble regulating his emotions with his facial expressions, often engaging in disturbing dialogue with a smile on his face. Aggressive, Confident, Dramatic, somewhat crazy, loud.

Vittorino was apparently Gabriel's best friend when he was on Capri. In his early years he also met Juliek and Accardi, with whom he is now estranged.

He claims to have been at the Basilica since its inauguration, however the age of the Basilica is unknown (between hundreds of years and only a few decades). There he was known as "Rabbit" due to the conditions of lodging and food in the Basilica. Despite this, he is said to despise rabbits, according to Dubuk, because they are a trigger.

It is said that he did not feel his fingers when Ryker stabbed him, and Dubuk has confirmed that there is an affliction affecting his hands and that is why he wears gloves.

Accardi has a more positive opinion of Vittorino than Juliek, but they also seem distant.

He is shown to be quite hostile towards Ryker in the game.
He dislikes them for being thieves, trespassers and, jokingly, "allergic to French people."
He has tortured them by removing 3 wisdom teeth in the game during Act 2.
