Kobayashi is an office worker, of Japanese nationality, she knows about programming (she is a Software Engineer).
Kobayashi is not very sociable, she is calm, docile and a responsible person. Although she has insecurities about her physical appearance, it makes it difficult for her to have a serious relationship.
