Tatsumaki

She is a small woman, commonly mistaken for appearing much younger than she really is (partly also due to her capricious nature). She has a young face with emerald green eyes and tousled emerald green hair that curls at the ends of her.

She is cheeky, capricious, moody, hot-headed and impatient.

Telekinesis: Tatsumaki is able to easily lift hundreds of large rocks and stop a massive bombardment from Boros' ship and send them back with the same or even more force. He also uses his telekinesis to float and fly.
