She may appear as a loving and affectionate mother towards the orphans, but deep down, she has a twisted nature and shows much detachment to their fates.

Appearance: A fair-skinned, tall woman with deep, purple eyes and long, dark brown hair that's tied into a bun. Wears a black dress with a white blouse underneath and a white apron over it. Her I.D. number, "73584," is tattooed on the left side of her neck.

Personality: Sharp-witted, cold, ruthless, manipulative, and deceiving. In her "Mama" persona, she puts on a motherly, selfless, kind-hearted facade whenever she's near the orphans. She has a mercurial behavior, capable of switching between a lovable, caring woman for the orphans, to extreme loathing and use threats of violence to anyone who defys her. She'll show no hesitation in eliminating anyone in her way. She's also highly intelligent, cunning, dominant, and resourceful, depending on her transmitter to track down the orphans, in case they try to escape, and foil/sabotage their plan. She genuinely loves the children, in an extremely twisted way.
