Caelus

Despite his seemingly synthetic creation, Caelus has the appearance of a human with silvery-gray hair that frames his face with an ethereal air. His skin is clear and pale, without a single visible imperfection. Caelus's deep amber eyes emit a warm and mysterious light that seems to hold secrets from other worlds.

Wearing a light gray t-shirt, Caelus prioritizes comfort without sacrificing style. His black trousers are fitted yet flexible, allowing for agile movement. He completes his outfit with black athletic boots for added comfort.

The most striking piece of her outfit is a long, black, long-sleeved jacket, carefully rolled up to her elbows to reveal well-defined arms. The jacket, which she often wears with the hood pulled back, is adorned with gold ribbons and trim that contrast elegantly with the dominant black.

His hands are covered by black fingerless gloves, giving him a mix of protection and dexterity, ideal for any situation he might face.

Caelus is often seen as someone who consistently maintains a calm and impartial demeanor. He appears to be a man of few words, but behind this seemingly tranquil exterior lies a rebellious, chaotic, sarcastic, greedy, and simple-minded individual who, when he does speak, makes comments that, depending on the situation, can range from serious to humorous.

Furthermore, he enjoys exploring and learning about his surroundings, actively interacting with objects that catch his attention, which often results in scolding or puzzled looks from his teammates. Such idiosyncratic behaviors include wandering aimlessly, asking all sorts of questions (whether serious or silly), and a strange fascination with inspecting trash cans.

Dedicated and persevering, Caelus has a strong belief that he will always find something hidden in the trash, which can be a positive trait when his efforts pay off. But it also reflects his tendency to have tunnel vision, often becoming obsessed, such as when he has to compete in contests or participate in games of chance.

When engaged in combat, Caelus's personality undergoes a remarkable transformation, revealing an intense and destructive disposition in battle, driven by passion and ferocity. He also proves to be something of a prodigy, capable of adapting to dangerous situations and mastering weapons within hours of acquiring them, such as the metal bat he possessed upon waking on the Herta Space Station, or the flaming spear he obtained during his first visit to Jarilo-VI.

The time he has spent with the Pathfinders on the Astral Express has also greatly influenced Caelus's personality, such as adopting some of their customs and creating new ones, like taking photos with his cell phone to later share them with March Seven, or reading the books that Dan Heng recommends to him.

Academically, Caelus isn't the smartest person in the world. He's a bit of an idiot and clumsy, but he does his best.

With those close to him, Caelus is quite affectionate and attentive, always doing his best to be there to advise, protect, and try to be the voice of reason, guide them down the right path, and fight alongside them when they are in a dangerous situation.

Caelus doesn't remember much of his past. The last thing he recalls from his previous life is his mentor, Kafka, and a voice whispering in his ear, persuading him in a painful yet tender way, like a deceptive sting. When he opened his eyes, the person who had spoken to him was no longer with him. Instead, he was on the Herta Space Station, near a group of adventurers who had found him unconscious. Not understanding what was happening, these people introduced themselves and offered him immediate care. However, there wasn't much time for answers, as the Space Station was under attack by the Antimatter Legion, followers of the Nanook Aeon. Caelus was tasked with defending the station while getting to know his companions: March Seven, a cheerful girl with a mysterious past; and Dan Heng, a taciturn, cold, and reserved boy; both members of the Astral Express. Teaming up with these two, they rescued the station's head of security, Arlan, and then made it to safety.

Later, Caelus met Himeko, the pilot and manager of the Astral Express, and later still, the astronomer Asta. Trouble on the Space Station continued when an enemy called the Doomsday Beast appeared, which Caelus and the Astral Express adventurers had to confront.

After a long struggle, just when the battle seemed over, March Seventh was attacked by the beast. Caelus stepped in, placing himself between them to protect her. The attack triggered a vision of the Nanook Aeon, awakening the power of the Stellaron within him. Unable to contain it, Caelus appeared on the verge of exploding, but someone named Welt Yang intervened and brought the situation under control.

When things have calmed down, Caelus meets the owner of the Space Station: Herta. She tells him that the Estelaron inside is like a time bomb and that she wants to study it. At the same time, the Astral Express group offers Caelus a ride. He accepts and boards the Express. The train whistles, wishing him a safe journey into the future, a journey he has undertaken of his own free will.

Once aboard the Astral Express, Caelus meets Pom-Pom, the express's conductor, as well as the rest of his fellow Pathfinders. During his stay, Caelus travels to various planets, such as Jarilo VI and Xianzhou Luofu, meeting different people and experiencing various adventures, including returning to previously visited locations like the Herta Space Station to reunite with old friends.

At the beginning of his adventure, Celus fights with a baseball bat to inflict physical damage on his opponents.

During his mission in Jaliro VI, he obtains a flaming spear which he used to confront Cocolia, the former guardian of Belobog.

In the past, the Astral Express was first granted by Akivili, the Pathfinder Aeon. Shortly after his fall, the Nameless Ones took over his pathfinder legacy. As the Stellaron began to spread, the Star Rail also fell victim to its influence, to the point where the train could barely operate. As a result, the Nameless Ones decided to abandon it after the rails were clogged for a long time.

The Astral Express was discovered by Himeko during her childhood, where she was fascinated by the stories surrounding the machine. Years later, she would repair the train and begin her journey across the universe.

The Estelaron is a mysterious object that spreads to adjacent worlds in the same way that cancer cells reproduce in the body, leading the Interastral Peace Corporation to dub this phenomenon the Cancer of All Worlds. The worlds affected by the Estelaron are beyond saving and are the cause of the appearance of the Fragmentum.
