Maiko is a sheep Mobian and player character in Elements, who appears to be a friend of Nantelle, visiting her shack by the desert at night.

Maiko appears as a sheep Mobian similar to Girlfriend, possessing the same colors and certain traits except for her horn which is longer as well as her ears, and her attire. She wears a full one piece dark purple outfit with purple fluff around the cuffs, black knee high socks, and raised shoes with the soles being akin to hooves colored black. Lastly, she also has a belt but has a gold buckle instead of holding a bell like Girlfriend.
