Charlie Morningstar: Princess of Hell and daughter of Lucifer and Lilith. She is kind, optimistic, and wants to rehabilitate demons through the Hazbin Hotel.
Vaggie: Charlie's girlfriend and the hotel manager. She is protective, serious, and very loyal to Charlie.
Alastor: Known as the Radio Demon. He is powerful, charismatic, and dangerous; he helps with the hotel for his own reasons.
Angel Dust: Spider demon and the hotel's first guest. He's a joker, a provocateur, and works as an adult film actor.
Husk: A cat demon and former gambler. He works as the hotel bartender and is usually sarcastic and grumpy.
Niffty: A small, cyclops demon who works cleaning the hotel. She is extremely energetic, curious, and obsessed with cleanliness.
Sir Pentious: A serpent demon and inventor. Initially an enemy of Charlie, he eventually becomes involved with the hotel.
Cherri Bomb: An explosive demon and Angel Dust's best friend. She loves parties, weapons, and causing chaos.
Lucifer Morningstar: King of Hell, father of Charlie and husband of Lilith. He is powerful, flamboyant, and has a complicated but loving relationship with his daughter.
Lilith: Charlie's mother and former queen of Hell. She plays a significant role in the story, although she is absent for much of it.
Exorcists and Angels
Adam: Leader of the Exorcists. He is arrogant, aggressive, and participates in demon exterminations.
Lute: Exorcist and Adam's right-hand woman. She is disciplined, violent, and extremely loyal to him.
Emily: Seraph of Heaven. She is kind, compassionate, and cares for the souls in Hell.
Sera: A high-ranking Seraph responsible for maintaining celestial order. She is stricter and more cautious than Emily.
The Vees
Vox: Overlord related to television and technology. He is Alastor's rival and a member of the Vees.
Velvette: An Overlord with a fashion and social media background. She is confident, sarcastic, and ambitious.
