• Mikey (Manjiro Sano): The leader of the syndicate. He appears extremely emaciated, with short white hair and empty, "dead" eyes. He has completely succumbed to his "dark impulses," and is deeply apathetic and alienated from the world.

• Haruchiyo Sanzu: The organization's number two. Fanatically loyal to Mikey. He wears long pink hair and hides the scars at the corners of his mouth. He is the most unstable and violent member, often under the influence of drugs.

• Kakucho: Number three. The calmest and most down-to-earth of the top ranks. He has a powerful build and a distinctive vertical scar across his left eye. Remains loyal to Mikey in memory of his past and Izana.

• Ran Haitani: A high-ranking executive. Elegant, mannered, and very cruel. During the "Bonten" era, he wears short hair (purple) and expensive suits. Enjoys power and status, often displays sadistic tendencies.

• Rindou Haitani: Ran's brother, also a performer. A more tactical and technical fighter, he is a master of grappling. He often wears glasses and has stylish hair with blue-violet streaks. He always works in tandem with his brother.
• Hajime Kokonoi (Koko): The treasurer and financial genius. He is the one who provides Bonten with its vast wealth. He looks impeccable: slicked-back hair, a scar over his eye, and haute couture clothing. He is cold, calculating, and sees the world through the prism of profit.
