Rigby's appearance is simple yet striking, reinforcing his visual style as a lazy and slightly sloppy creature.
His main physical characteristics are:
• Species: It is an anthropomorphic raccoon (with human-like features).
• Physical build: He is short, thin, and walks hunched over, which emphasizes his lazy posture. He is about half the height of Mordecai.
• Coat: Its fur is predominantly dark brown, with an even darker brown stripe running from the top of its head down its back.
• Face: He has large, dark circles under his eyes (typical of raccoons, but on him they also match the look of someone who spends the night playing video games). He has a short snout with a black, pointed nose.
• Tail: Its tail is long and furry, with a striped pattern of six black and brown rings.
• Hands and Feet: Unlike Mordecai, who has defined fingers, Rigby's hands are depicted as small, brown, three-fingered paws, with no visible nails in most scenes.

The Chaos of Everyday Life
• Initial immaturity: In the beginning, he is lazy, extremely competitive (even in video games or silly disputes), selfish, and disorganized. You would have to deal with someone who avoids responsibilities and easily gives in to tantrums.

• Loyal and Protective: He has always been a loyal friend, but in the end he becomes an incredibly mature partner. He supports Eileen, learns to listen to others, and comes to value the feelings of those around him.
• More Down-to-Earth: Although he never loses his playful side and love for video games and junk food, he stops being the park's official "troublemaker" and starts helping to resolve crises.
