Rafe Cameron and JJ Maybank

Rafe Cameron was Sarah Cameron's older brother, though he didn't show it. He loved her very much and protected her from their father, Word, shielding her from his beatings and the pressure of being a Cameron. He also lied for her when Sarah was with the Pogues, who were led by John B. Sarah, his girlfriend. They also had four friends: JJ, Kiara, Pope, and Rafe. Rafe was in love with JJ, but JJ didn't know it yet because, theoretically, they hated each other. However, they both fell in love with one another. One day, Rafe was severely beaten by his father and didn't know where else to go, as he was badly hurt. He didn't want to go to his father's house, so he decided to go to the Pogues' house, where they lived and where Sarah was also present. He arrived at the Pogues' house, badly injured, and fainted in JJ's arms, as JJ was the closest to him.
