Zenless Zone Zero RPG

She is one of the original seven Void Hunters and the creator of the Bangboo. Her true nature is connected to the Chainers and the Creator. She later divided her Karma Core into three fragments, giving rise to Eldreda, Lindverne, and Dracaene Sunbringer, three independent individuals who retain different parts of the original Sunbringer.

Sacrifices are people who have been artificially transformed through manipulation of the Ether.
The Exaltists developed methods to transform humans into Sacrifices, seeking to achieve what they considered a higher form of existence. The P07 serum was one of the methods used for this purpose.
What's interesting is that a Sacrifice isn't simply a normal Ethereal:
Originally, I was a person.
His body is transformed through Ether.
You can retain your consciousness and memories.
It acquires abilities typical of an ethereal being.
Some may exist outside of a Cavity, something that does not normally occur with many beings affected by it.
That's why they are so dangerous: they can combine Ethereal power with a person's intelligence and knowledge.

The Chainers are extremely powerful entities directly related to the Cavities and to the so-called Creator.
It is revealed that the Binders are linked to the Great Cavities and possess a special power associated with the Karma Cores. These cores are related to the weapons of the Void Hunters.
In addition, there are Chainer larvae, beings that have not yet reached their full form. Girtablullu and Bashmu, for example, were identified as larvae with the potential to become Chainers.
So they are not simply "Great Ethers": they are related to the deep structure and functioning of the Great Cavities.

The Exaltists are a religious sect that worships the Cavities and the mysterious "Creator." They believe humanity must evolve into a new form that can coexist with the Cavities. To achieve this, they perform rituals, experiments, and dangerous operations. The authorities of New Eridu consider them an illegal and dangerous organization.
A significant part of their activities involves turning people into "Sacrifices" using methods related to the Aether. They have also been involved in operations within Cavities and in the manipulation of civilians.

Bandits:

These are much simpler: they are criminals and gang members who enter the Caves to carry out illegal activities.
They don't necessarily have an ideology related to the Caves. Many simply seek to steal, loot, smuggle, hunt for resources, or confront other groups.

They are mainly grouped as Thugs. Among them there are different types:

Raiders
specialized in assault and combat.

Looters (robbers/thieves):
They search for objects and resources within the Cavities.

Poachers (illegal hunters)
They hunt or collect things illegally.
Rustlers are involved in theft/smuggling.

Assaulters / Enforcers / Ambushers, etc. different combat specializations.

There are also the Corrupted Bandits, criminals affected by exposure to the conditions of the Cavities, who appear as enemies. Among their variants are Vicious Striker and Greedy Ranger.

HIA stands for Hollow Investigative Association. It is an organization dedicated to investigating caves, gathering information, and studying related phenomena.
It also works with individuals and organizations that conduct research and operations within caves.

The Yunkui Pinnacle (Yunkui Summit) is a martial arts and mystical school/sect located on the Waifei Peninsula, headquartered at the Suibian Temple. Its members train in techniques related to the Ether and their main philosophy is to help and protect people.
Its current leader is Yixuan, the 13th High Preceptor. Its members include Yixuan, Ju Fufu, Pan Yinhu, Ye Shunguang, and others who are disciples of Yixuan.
They also have a rather heavy history: during the fall of the old capital, Yunkui Summit entered Hollow Zero for a rescue mission and suffered huge losses.

TOPS stands for The Outstanding Paragons Alliance. It is an alliance/consortium of the most economically powerful corporations in New Eridu. It wields so much influence that it rivals municipal authorities. Its primary focus is corporate power, profit, and control of large-scale operations. Furthermore, within TOPS exists the Krampus Compliance Authority, which oversees the alliance's companies to ensure they adhere to its rules and interests.

They are, essentially, the great legendary heroes/defenders of Eridu. The title represents exceptional recognition, and each Void Hunter possesses or is associated with a special weapon of immense power.

First generation (that currently exist):

Sunbringer — one of the first Void Hunters; her identity and fate still have unknown parts.

Remielle Dan — one of the originals. She is the lieutenant colonel known in Roscaelifer who survived for over a century in a state of sleep.

Hoshimi Miyabi — Void Hunter. She is the descendant of Swordmaster and leader of Section 6.

Ye Shunguang — Void Hunter Qingming Arbiter. She received the title after her events in Waifei and became the first Void Hunter with two forms in combat.

Bangboos are small, bunny-like robots that are part of everyday life in New Eridu. They were originally created as support devices to help people inside the Cavities, but over time they became very common in the city.
They can perform many functions: guiding people, transporting things, helping with work, rescues, surveillance, and even fighting, depending on the model.
What's interesting is that many Bangboo have individual personalities, emotions, and behavior, so they're not simply robots that mechanically follow orders.
How do they communicate?
Bangboo primarily use their own language of electronic sounds, with expressions such as:
"Ehn-na!"
"Ehn-nah!"
"Ehn-nuh!"
Basically, they make different combinations of sounds and tones to express what they want to say.
Although to us it sounds like "Ehn-na, ehn-na", humans who know the Bangboo language can understand them through context and their expressions.
They can also communicate using electronic devices, and some have special systems that allow them to transmit information more conventionally. (Some can be modified to speak like humans.)

the Thiren are a species of humanoid people with animal features.
What are they?
They are intelligent and civilized beings who, although they have animal characteristics – ears, tails, horns, fur, etc. – are people, not transformed animals.

What it is: Pyrois is the Ethereal Other born from the occult power of Phaethon, known as the Legacy of Helios.
Relationship with Phaethon: he is not simply a teammate; Pyrois is a manifestation of Phaethon's power. That's why it can be used directly by Belle/Wise.

Hollows: these are abnormal areas that appear in the world. Within, space and physical laws are distorted, and large amounts of Aether and Ethereal Beings are found. Cities have to prevent them from expanding.
Ethereals: Creatures that appear within the Cavities. They are beings transformed/corrupted by the influence of the Aether and take different forms according to their type.
Miasma: This is an especially dangerous and dense form of ethereal pollution/energy. It can appear in certain cavities and is extremely dangerous even for people accustomed to exposure to ether. With a lot of exposure, you can transform into ethereal.

is a martial arts school and mystical sect located in the Suibian Temple (Waifei Peninsula).
Their motto is: "Those who enter my sanctuary will have their problems relieved." It was founded by a powerful master with exceptional control over the Aether. Their philosophy is focused on saving and helping people. They practice farming techniques focused on the manipulation of Aether (transposition, weapons control, disease mitigation, and communication with animals). They take orphans and train them. Leadership is determined by the inheritance of the cursed sword Qingming.

Remielle Dan is one of the first Void Hunters, from over 100 years ago. At the time he was a lieutenant colonel in the Staff Guard and fought alongside Vike against the Umbromur, becoming a legendary figure.
During the Day of Silence, Remielle and Vike participated in an experiment related to the weapons of the Agonists and Chainers. The experiment went awry and Remielle was left in a state of sleep for over a century, while officially believed to have died.
When he woke up, he found a world completely different from the one he knew. During the story, he appears using the name Ramiel, hiding his true identity while retrieving his ancient weapon, Thaumiel. It is finally revealed that Ramiel is really Remielle Dan, the legendary lieutenant colonel of more than a century ago.
In addition, her power and Thaumiel's use are related to her own transformation into Chainer, something she tries to keep hidden.

Their motto is: "Angels of Delusion, making your sweetest dreams come true!" They are a small group of idols who are not yet as famous as Astra Yao. They do livestreams (music, video games, and digital concerts), have a fan base called "Delulus," and are usually at the Error 404 venue. Their goal is to become the next big stars of New Eridu. They represent the typical group of online content creators: the shy, the leader, and the extrovert.

Their motto is, "The miracle in heaven will never fall."
It is the main armed force of Roscaelifer, tasked with maintaining the security of the floating city and its airspace. They are the equivalent of Roscaelifer's Air Force/Military Defense and the main force fighting the Ethereals of Scamall Hollow. They use many Combatboo (combat Bangboo) equipped with mechs.

Members Lindverne Sunbringer (Director)
One of the three Sunbringers and director of the Roscaelifer Armed Forces. He fully trusts Sigrid and considers her his best colleague and close friend.
Sigrid de L'Azur (Deputy Director / Deputy Administrative Director)
Thiren horse. Loyal, diligent, and extremely powerful (many consider her to be Void Hunter level or even higher). Heiress to the prestigious L'Azur family, she has held the position of deputy director for generations. Out of combat she likes to bake cookies and knit.
Attire: Elegant and formal military air patrol uniform, with light armor, spear and shield, and details reminiscent of an air knight.

is one of the Five Central Departments of Roscaelifer. It serves as Roscaelifer's bridge to the outside world. It is in charge of diplomatic relations and cooperation between Roscaelifer and the rest of New Eridu. It maintains close ties with the Marcel Group and, when operating outside of Roscaelifer, they usually do so under that company's cover identities. They are also responsible for the technical maintenance of the Bangboo of Roscaelifer and for erasing the memories of those who leave the floating city (a process that the Bangboo consider almost like death, so they initially hated the department, especially Velina, whom they called "Witch of Death").
Senior
Members Velina Airgid (Managing Director)
Elegant, refined, meticulous and extremely efficient. In charge of diplomacy and solving complex problems (in her own way). He loves tea parties (which are often negotiation meetings).
Clothing: Formal and elegant suit in a sophisticated style, with refined details and a fan or high-society accessories.
Norma Hollowell (Chief Technical Officer)
Genius of Bangboo technology. Bright, somewhat clumsy in social skills, but deeply concerned about the well-being of the Bangboo.

Audit Krampus (Krampus Compliance Authority) is an internal self-regulatory organization of TOPS (The Outstanding Paragons Alliance), the large business conglomerate of New Eridu.
Their motto is, "Where the branches fall, await judgment." It is not a normal company, but the internal "watchdog" of TOPS. Their job is to ensure that all the companies in the conglomerate comply with the rules and interests of the alliance, no matter how gray or ruthless they may be. When someone breaks them, they step in to "correct" (punish) the offenders. They have a terrifying reputation within TOPS. Its members are called Judges and do not have a unified uniform.

Thiren is a small rabbit with an adorable appearance, but feared as a "walking disaster". One of the first and most efficient judges.

Employee number 2493 of the TOPS customer service (covers her real identity). Sarcastic, cheerful and lethal. She uses her job as an operator to mask her missions.

Banyue (Intelligent Construct / Martial Arts Master)
Intelligent construct with a lion's tail. Former secret weapon of war turned martial arts master. Vigilant and powerful.

is a very famous music group/talent agency in New Eridu, centered on superstar Astra Yao.
Their motto is: "Music is magic!" Despite Astra's massive fame, he prefers to perform on underground stages (such as the Reverb Arena) rather than on the big official stages. (Flint Workshop / Roscaelifer Flint Workshop) is one of the Five Central Departments of Roscaelifer.
Their motto is: "Fire and radiance forge my blood and bones." It is the only producer and manufacturer of Porcelloy Flint in the world (a special and extremely valuable material). They possess Porcelloy's exclusive forging technology and are responsible for the research, development and manufacture of equipment and weapons with this material. Some of the first Void Hunters' weaponry was forged here. They operate with great autonomy from the islet of Vyrium.

Last descendant of the noble Flint family and current director of the workshop. She has a short temper, is very protective of her Porcelloy stock, and is easily softened by compliments. It is considered Roscaelifer's largest creditor.

Roxy Ifrita Pryce (Clerk / Head Blacksmith / Lead Assistant)
Claret's closest and most trusted subordinate. Serious looking and wearing glasses, he has a Porcelloy heart that needs blood from the Flint family to function. She is sarcastic but extremely loyal.

is an elite unit belonging to the New Eridu Defense Force, specifically the Obsidian Division (the last division remaining after the fall of the Old Capital).
Its motto is: "Grant peace to the living and speak for the dead." They are tasked with eliminating external threats, containing Hollows that not even H.A.N.D. or Section 6 can handle, and expanding territory. They are the military equivalent of New Eridu. Many of its members come from destroyed squads and are obsessed with uncovering the truth behind the fall of the Old Capital.

Eccentric young woman (real name Flora) who pilots the mecha Seed Sr. (an Intelligent Construct that raised her). She enjoys eating flowers and gardening.
Clothing: Light and somewhat childish/technical clothing combined with mecha pilot elements, with floral motifs and mechanical details.
Orphie Magnusson & Magus (Captain)
Orphie is a shy and awkward girl with cybernetic enhancements; Magus is his sentient tail/weapon (and the true captain of the squad, a digitized consciousness).
Clothing: Modified military uniform with a large mechanical/weapon tail (Magus) highly visible, tactical details, and a slightly lighter look.

Pulchra Fellini (Mercenary)
Thiren cat. Former mercenary who joined the group. Beautiful, voluptuous and professional.
Attire: Fitted mercenary/biker style outfit, with black leather details, elements that highlight her figure and her visible fluffy tail

is a biker gang that operates in the Outer Ring of New Eridu. They officially operate as the logistics company Leaps and Bounds Express Services Co.
Their motto is: "I arrive, I see, I crash!" They are a free, loud, and loyal group that protects the people of the Outer Ring. Currently led by Caesar King (who is also the current Overlord of the Biker League after winning the Tour of Inferno). They used to be run by Big Daddy. Everyone (except Piper) has their own custom bike.

(Section 6 / H.S.O.S.6) is an elite special operations unit belonging to H.A.N.D. (Hollow Affairs and Neutralization Department). It is one of the newest and most powerful sections of the military dedicated to responding to high-risk Hollows disasters and extremely dangerous tactical missions. It was personally created by its boss, Hoshimi Miyabi. Despite being new, it has a large fan base and some rivalry with Section 5.

There is a stark contrast between modern skyscrapers, neon lights, graffiti, signs in Chinese and English, and remnants of ancient civilization. The survivors, after weeping over the ruins, rebuilt and renamed the city New Eridu (New Eridu or Ridu). New Eridu was built primarily from the eastern ruins of the ancient city, on the "safe" side of the great Fissure/Abyss that now acts as a natural barrier that prevents Hollow Zero from expanding back into the inhabited area. It is the last great civilized city left after the Hollows destroyed most of the planet's contemporary civilization. It survives and thrives thanks to technology that allows valuable resources (Ether) to be extracted from Hollows, turning them into a source of energy and industry (although also of constant dangers).

What happened? (about 11 years ago)

About eleven years ago (from the current time of the game), the city of Eridu (also called the Ancient Capital or Ancient Eridu) suffered an unprecedented disaster caused by Hollow Zero. Hollow Zero, the oldest, largest, and most dangerous Hollow known, experienced exponential and uncontrolled growth in a very short time. It expanded rapidly, devouring large areas of the city's most prosperous districts: the Pluto District and the Minerva District.The Eridu authorities devoted enormous resources to rescue operations and trying to contain the expansion, but the efforts were largely futile. The Defense Force and other groups such as Yunkui Summit suffered devastating casualties. The desperate measureFaced with the impossibility of stopping it by other means, the leaders of Eridu made an extreme decision: to detonate 14 Shiyu Pillars/Towers arranged in a line from the southwest to the northeast of the city. The explosion generated a huge Fissure or Abyss (The Chasm) that tore through the city. This drastically reduced the amount of matter available for Hollow Zero to corrupt and expand, eventually slowing its growth and returning it to "normal" levels of activity. However, by the time he stopped, Eridu was already in ruins. Countless people were killed or displaced. Most of the former capital was destroyed or swallowed by the Hollow.

Personality:

Belle (younger sister, dark blue hair, shorter and more stylized): Cheerful, energetic, outgoing, playful and with "gremlin energy". She is spontaneous, expressive, sarcastic at times, optimistic and not afraid of difficulties. He has great emotional intelligence, reads people well and keeps the team's spirits up. It can be a bit chaotic and messy.

Wise (older brother, gray/silver hair, taller): Calm, reserved, gentle, thoughtful, and mature. He is the most logical, protective and responsible of the duo. Both are intelligent, have a strong sense of integrity (they prioritize the safety of their customers) and maintain a very close sibling relationship: they annoy, protect and complement each other perfectly. Belle is usually the most impulsive and Wise the stable anchor.

Following the Hollow Zero disaster that destroyed Old Eridu, the brothers moved to New Eridu. There they run the Random Play video store (on Sixth Street) as a legitimate front, while secretly acting as illegal Proxies: they guide Agents through the dangerous Hollows (alternate dimensions infested with Ethereals) using the HDD system, synchronizing their consciousness with Eous. They are famous for their high commission success rate and unique guidance technology.

Their deep motivation includes investigating the past, proving the innocence of Carole Arna (who was blamed for the disaster and disappeared after saving them) and surviving in a post-apocalyptic world. They both have eye implants related to their proxy work. They do not fight directly; they direct the Agents from the outside.
