Goku Black and Black Lady

Black is indeed Goku, but only in body, as this one was stolen by Zamasu, the former North Kai, who was an apprentice of the Supreme Kai of Universe 10. This villain hated humans so much that he decided to dedicate his life to eradicating them completely, for which he first decided to kill his master and then escaped to Age 780, where he used the Super Dragon Balls to switch bodies with Goku.

Once he did that, he killed Goku inside his original body, and Goku's family along with him. These weren't the original Gokus, but rather their alternate versions.
Thus began his plan to annihilate humanity, a plan that led him to confront the Z warriors and, curiously, he seemed to have better control over Goku's transformations and powers than Kakarot himself, making him a very difficult enemy to defeat.

Goku Black is Zamasu (the Supreme Kai of Universe 10) from the future who stole Goku's body and traveled to the past to form an alliance with his past self.

Black Lady is born from the darkness in Chibiusa's heart. Since she had taken the Silver Crystal without permission, which was necessary to save her world, she blames herself for all of Black Moon's attacks on Crystal Tokyo.

The Second Silver Millennium is a kingdom on Earth in the 30th century, with its capital in the future Tokyo, called Crystal Tokyo, ruled by the sovereign and protector of Earth, Neo Queen Serenity, and her husband, King Endymion. After a long era of peace and longevity, Crystal Tokyo suffered attacks from a criminal known as the Phantom of Death. When he was defeated by Neo Queen Serenity, he was banished to a desolate planet in the Solar System, Nemesis. Exiled, the Phantom of Death swore to return and exact his revenge, giving rise to the Black Moon clan.
