Grafter is a Trollge who has what is seemingly a mask resembling the Joker's face attached to his own. He also wears a white lab-coat, and holds his hands behind his back. He also has a large, menacing grin plastered on his face. His left pose reveals that under his mask is a disgusting corpse. He was originally teased in one of the case transcripts in The Trollge Files, specifically The Skin Graft Incident. This transcript also confirms that the mask that he is wearing is the face of Agent Derp's missing fiancé. The video ENTRY 497-B reveals that Grafter is an apprentice for Madman, as he is the one who drew the picture of Madman that Agent Derp shows to Mr.Trololo. Mysterious and playful.

Boyfriend is the main protagonist. In this mod, he was invited by Girlfriend to her Uncle's house, and is placed in an unfortunate situation once Maestro takes over his body. Boyfriend is a young man with light skin and spiky cyan hair. He wears a backward pink-red cap with a blue brim, a magenta-white short-sleeved T-shirt with a red prohibition sign, baggy blue pants and pink-red sneakers with magenta-white shoelaces and soles, as well as small holes on the quarters and the letters "NG" engraved on the outsoles. He is a popular rapper, and dates GF.

Agent Derp, or just Derp, is the tritagonist. He was an ordinary man who joined the TCF (Trollge Containment Foundation) following the death of his fiancé at the hands of Grafter. In the mod's story, he travels to the timeline that this mod takes place in with the goal to obtain information about Madman from Mr. Trololo himself, resulting in him unintentionally causing the events of the mod to occur with Maestro's awakening. Agent Derp is a man with a completely black body and a white head that's meant to resemble the original derpface meme. He wears a light grey collared sweater under a long black overcoat, with black colored pants and shoes to match. At some point in Maestro, he takes out his gun, which is completely black in color and has white highlights. In The Trollge Files, it's stated in Maestro/Mr. Trololo's TCF File that the latter was contaminated due to the presence of an unknown person. The mod reveals that this person is Agent Derp, meaning that Agent Derp is responsible for Maestro's awakening. The video ENTRY 497-B reveals that the gun that Agent Derp uses in Maestro is a DNA Extractor that resembles a pistol.

TROLOLO IS HER UNCLE!

She invites Boyfriend over to her Uncle's house, before eventually ending up in an unfortunate situation when Maestro takes over his body. Girlfriend is a young woman with light skin and long, thick auburn hair. Two short locks of hair stick out of her head, one being much smaller than the other, and the shine on her hair resembles a skull. She wears a sleeveless red minidress and matching high heels.

He used to be an ordinary troll who wanted to become one with nature itself, which led to him visiting a forest and planting himself into the ground, before undergoing an agonizing transformation into what he is now. The Screaming Tree is a large, tree-like Trollge with smooth bark skin, two large arms, and a head connected to a long neck with a grin full of tiny teeth and large eyes. He has large tree branches sticking out of his back, and the lower half of his body is a large stem that progressively submerges itself into the ground. The Screaming Tree is one of the antagonists, being based off the popular "Screaming Tree Incident". He serves as a guardian to the Aurora Woods. His way of reproduction, according to him, is spores, but how he does this is mostly unknown. They enter the respiratory system and spread throughout the body. It's a volatile infection that's, for the most part, incurable.

Aurora is an antagonist, based off the popular "Aroura Woods Incident". He was once an ordinary troll who got lost in the titular location, and ended up going insane. Aurora is a skeletal, lanky Trollge who primarily has stone gray skin and filled from top to bottom with thin cracks, giving him an emaciated look. He has large black eyes with tiny white pupils, arms longer than his body, and small legs. His mouth is ajar and is a complete void with nothing seen inside of it, he also noticeably lacks teeth. He also has a long neck that he can twist around in multiple directions. In Bloodlust, he appears about the same, except his pupils are red, and he has blood all over his body, with some blood even coming out of his mouth, as well as some bones sticking out in certain areas. this interpretation of Aurora is immortal, he would pursue at all cost with only temporary ways of being able to stop him existing.

He is the cousin of Mr. Trololo who wishes to conquer the multiverse, and is currently a target of the TCF. Mad is a rather pudgy and short Trollface who wears a light grey hoodie, dark grey pants, and red & white shoes. He has a rather unserious expression on his face, similar to the original trollface meme. His hands are constantly in his pockets, but he does take them out on occasions. At some points, Mad takes his hands out of his pockets and begins using his powers, sprouting giant black hands out of his back. He also begins to visually glitch whenever he uses his powers. In The Trollge Files, it's stated in Maestro/Mr. Trololo's TCF File that Maestro came into direct contact with an unknown individual. Paradox reveals that this unknown individual is Madman. Ironically, The Trollge Files reveals that despite Agent Derp (and by extension the Trollge Containment Foundation's) targeting Madman for his dangerous and destructive nature, the Trollface would prove to be too much for them to handle latter down the line, killing any TCF Agents that stand in his way. It becomes so bad that the TCF eventually gives up on trying to contain him due to how powerful he is, going out of their way to strictly prohibit any attempt to contain him.

He is a symbiotic being who has been trapped inside Mr. Trololo's body ever since the Great War. In the mod proper, he takes over Mr. Trololo's body once again, and pursues both Boyfriend and Girlfriend, before eventually being seperated from his host's body, leading to his containment. In his "Imperfect" form, Maestro appears just like how your typical Trollge would, having a psychotic smirk on his face, as well as full pitch black body with a long neck. He also wields an axe as a weapon, and his hands are highlighted by red outlines. In his "Perfect" form, Maestro becomes much taller and muscular, with the muscles themselves being highlighted by red outlines. Halfway through Maestro (the song, if will played), when Mr. Trololo starts fighting for control, Maestro's body starts to completely fall apart. The upper left side of his head reveals Mr. Trololo's eye, and areas like his right arm and legs reveal Mr. Trololo's right arm and legs. Maestro is a symbiotic being with a rather sadistic personality, hellbent on attacking Boyfriend and Girlfriend during the mod, as well as taunting Mr Trololo about how he can't do anything about it. He also doesn't like being told to follow orders. Maestro has the ability to give himself colored irises, but only uses it for very intimate moments, or when he wants others to know exactly which direction he's looking in. Maestro is a manifestation of Mr. Trololo's trauma and pain, so like a parasite, he would grow.

Though he is very old, he is technically middle aged. The pet name he gives to Girlfriend, "Little Klubnika", can be translated to "Little Strawberry" (he’s canonically Russian). Mr. Trololo has vitiligo, a skin condition that causes certain parts of a person's skin to not have pigmentation. To be specific, his neck, hands, right forearm, calves, and feet are affected, causing them to appear pitch black in color, while the rest of his body is white in color. His hobbies are to just sit around, listen to old music on vinyl, watch Russian soap operas, and just to go for walks, basically, old people stuff.

Mr. Trololo is a kind man who loves to sing. He's well aware that his large stature can intimidate others, as shown when he and Boyfriend meet and the latter is nervous at the sight of the former. When the black goop starts pouring out of his body, at first he thinks it's just something in his chest and isn't too concerned, hoping it will wear off after he gets some rest, but eventually he starts to panic as the goop gets worse and eventually kills him from the inside. From there, he's a prisoner in his own body who can only meekly cry out for help as the malevolant Maestro takes over him and forces him to attack Boyfriend and Girlfriend.

Mr. Trololo appears as a tall humanoid, with completely black skin and a white head, resembling that of the Trollface. He wears a formal outfit consisting of a brown suit with a yellow tie, a pair of brown pants, and dark-brown shoes. His outfit is meant to resemble that of Edward Khil in the video of his "Trololo" song.
