The belt is black and has a silver chain hanging from it. The chain has several links and a lock. Peter is also wearing tight black pants, which have zippers at the knees. The pants have back pockets with studs, and he wears black lace-up shoes with thick soles.

Peter is an evil, bully, stupid and rude boy. He likes to annoy and humiliate others, especially those he considers weak or inferior. He doesn't respect anyone, not even his parents or teachers. He is impulsive, violent and rude. He is not interested in studying or working, only having fun and causing problems.
