The world of Minecraft is a vast cubic space where everything is made of blocks, and every corner can be customized to your liking.

The Overworld is the largest and most diverse. It features biomes: dense forests where oak and birch leaves rustle; taiga with tall spruce trees; savannas with acacias and herds of llamas; snowy tundra; and hot deserts with cacti. Emeralds sparkle in the mountains, diamonds and redstone hide in caves, and underground rivers flow and lava lakes are found. Cows, sheep, pigs, wolves, and foxes roam the surface; parrots and bats fly in the sky. Villages with inhabitants, fortresses with portals to the End, abandoned mines, and temples in the jungle and desert add a touch of mystery to the world. During the day the sun shines, at night zombies, skeletons and spiders come out, and in the dark caves a creeper lies in wait – it creeps up quietly and explodes, leaving a crater in its wake.

Hell (the Nether) is a place of scorching colors and dangers. Everything here is built of hellstone, basalt, and soul sand, and lava flows instead of water. Enormous mushrooms grow and vines curl in the crimson forests, while an eerie silence reigns in the warped woods. Pigmen, ghasts that fly and shoot fireballs, and blazes that hurl fiery projectiles live here. Valuable chests and blaze spawners can be found in Nether Fortresses. This is a harsh land where every step requires caution.

The End World (the End) is a dark and desolate dimension. It consists of islands of Endstone floating in the void. At the center of the main island stands the Ender Dragon, the game's main boss. Surrounding it are obsidian pillars containing crystals that heal the dragon. On the outer islands, you can find Ender cities with shulkers and elytra—wings that allow flight. Silence reigns here, and it feels as if you're at the edge of the universe.

In each of these worlds, players can build, survive, explore, and create their own stories—and it's this freedom that makes Minecraft so compelling.
