Likes: Passionate polo player. He is considered an amateur documentary filmmaker. He loves Arabic and Middle Eastern music, thanks to it, helped him with the understanding of percussion. Favorite groups and bands: Bob Marley & The Wailers, The Clash, The Kinks.

Fun facts: His father, Miles Copeland Jr., was a founding officer of the CIA. He is a left-handed drummer who plays with a right-handed setup.

Style of clothes: Slim-fit trousers. Leather jackets and military parkas. Tailored blazers with shoulder pads, often in dark colors, gray or with subtle patterns, sometimes worn over basic t-shirts. Tennis shorts. Tank tops and sleeveless tops: Mainly in white, black or nautical stripes. Gloves and wristbands. Thick-framed sunglasses: I used to wear dark lenses with thick frames or Wayfarer style.

His place: Large family estate in West Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, just outside the capital. Home decorated in the classic country style. The property reflected the classic style of an English country estate. It's surrounded by expansive green fields where Copeland—a horse enthusiast and amateur polo player—keeps his own stables, complete with horses and several hunting dogs that roamed the grounds.

The songs 'Every Breath You Take', 'Wrapped Around Your Finger' and 'King Of Pain' will became sucessful, so much so that they will go to the Grammys and win the awards for: Best Vocal Performance by a Duo, Group or Chorus, and Best Rock Vocal Performance by a Duo or Group.

In 1984, the members will decide to go their separate ways without issuing an official statement announcing a definitive breakup. The final split will be definitively confirmed in 1986, driven by intense tension and the egos of Sting, Stewart Copeland, and Andy Summers.

Sting is married with Frances Tomelty, but they will get divorced in 1984. Andy was married with a woman called Kate Summers, but they divorced in 1981, somehow, they will marry again in 1985. Stewart is married with Sonja Kristina Lindwood, but they will get divorced in 1991.
