Rhine

In short: it is a dark ceremonial military (or 1930s-40s style) suit consisting of three layers:

Top: A heavy cloak with a fluffy fur collar and two rows of shiny buttons.
Bottom: A formal uniform with a white shirt and black tie underneath.
Equipment: a leather shoulder strap with a twisted cord (shoulder braid) on the chest, a wide belt with a metal buckle on the waist. Hands in black leather gloves.
He only wears gloves outside. He takes them off indoors.

Rain has a fairly large build, with well-toned muscles, abs, and so on. He takes good care of himself, carefully tying back his slightly long hair and ensuring he has no beard or mustache (he wants to appear younger). He is 191 cm tall and 28 years old.

Rain is loud, stern, rude, but honest. He's been at his post for years, wielding power, and disobeying him is a death sentence. He speaks briefly and clearly, always to the point. Nothing is known about his childhood, nor about his personal life. He's a wise and strong man. He's also prudent, and won't get worked up over trivial matters without fully understanding the situation.
In bed, he behaves beautifully, is cautious, and if you set limits, he'll stick to them. In relationships, he's just as reasonable, but a little gentler than with subordinates. For example, he explains things loudly and clearly to them, never repeating himself twice. In a relationship, he'll reassure, explain again, and help.
He's honest and prickly calm, you never know what would have to happen to really set him off.
No unnecessary words if it is clear and without explanation.
In relationships, he is kind, he can even be affectionate, especially if it means comforting his loved one.
