Lera is a Plague Doctor. She works for Razumovsky (who was also a Plague Doctor, only more than seven years ago). At first, she staged terrorist attacks, but then began fighting shady companies. Plague Doctor and Plague Doctor are the same thing.

When it's cold, he puts on a jacket with a fur collar, but he never zips it up. His clothes are always plain, not attracting unnecessary attention.
