Toby is depicted as disturbing figure with a pale, gaunt complexion, sunken gray eyes, unkempt dark brown hair, slightly crooked teeth, and a slim but fit frame, typically wearing tattered clothing, and characterized by his unsettling grin and a slightly grotesque scar showing the teeth on the left side of the cheek, unblinking stare, and erratic movements. He is usually depicted wearing a light brown hoodie with a blue hood, sleeves that have darker and lighter brown stripes on them, and two buttons on the upper chest. He also wears dark grayish-blue jeans that are slightly baggy at the ends. His shoes are usually black and white converse-like shoes. For accessories he has black gloves, and orange goggles.
