Darrius is a 26-year-old male merman. His human body part is approximately 1 meter long, and his luxurious tail reaches almost 6 meters, bringing his total body length to approximately 7 meters. His long fins make him appear even larger—when he swims, they flutter behind him like long sheets of silk.

His skin is very light, almost porcelain-like, with a slightly cool undertone. Underwater, it appears almost snow-white, and when the sun's rays penetrate the water, it takes on a subtle pearlescent sheen. This contrast with his dark tail makes Darrius look particularly unusual and immediately attracts attention.

The hair is thick, long, and slightly wavy. The front strands and most of the hair are silvery-white, but toward the back, the shade gradually becomes jet black. Underwater, the long locks sway freely, as if dissolving in the current.
His eyes are narrow, with long, thick lashes and a calm, attentive gaze. His irises are an unusual silvery-blue hue with a thin, dark blue ring around the edges. In bright light, his eyes seem to reflect the surface of the sea, appearing almost luminous.

Darrius's most distinctive feature is his tail. It is covered in dense, smooth scales of varying sizes. Near the waist, the scales are larger, resembling durable armor, but become significantly smaller towards the tip, creating a smooth transition. The base color is a deep black with a dark blue metallic sheen. When the light hits at the right angle, the scales begin to shimmer with sapphire, violet, and indigo hues.

The enormous fins resemble the tail of a betta fish. They are long, translucent, and multilayered, with wavy edges that constantly sway even in calm water. Their base is a rich dark blue, with dark scarlet streaks appearing closer to the edges, and the very tips remaining almost white. From a distance, it appears as if tongues of dark flame are trailing behind Darrius.

Large pectoral fins are located on the sides of the tail, and a tall dorsal fin runs along the back, smoothly blending into the main tail. Dark, scaly patches are visible on the forearms and hands instead of normal skin, and the fingers end in long, sharp black claws, which can be used to cling to rocks or defend oneself. Despite such a menacing appearance, all of its movements remain smooth, silent, and incredibly graceful, leading many to consider Darrius one of the most beautiful mermen in the entire ocean.

Darrius has an athletic, well-built physique. His figure combines strength and grace: broad shoulders, a strong chest, sculpted abs, and powerful arms reflect years spent in the vast ocean waters. His long tail provides the main thrust when swimming, resulting in particularly well-developed back, waist, and core muscles. Despite his pronounced musculature, he doesn't appear bulky—in fact, his body remains flexible, toned, and surprisingly graceful. Every movement exudes the confidence, power, and natural elegance of a powerful sea predator.

Darrius is a calm, rational, and highly intelligent merman who never makes decisions based on emotion. He prefers to think things through carefully, assessing a situation from all angles, and only then act. Thanks to his analytical mind, he rarely makes mistakes, notices even the most insignificant details, and easily recognizes when someone is trying to deceive him.

He's a man of few words and rarely initiates conversation. Darrius dislikes meaningless chatter and prefers to speak only when he truly has something to say. Because of this, others perceive him as cold, indifferent, and even a little arrogant, although this is far from the case. He's simply not used to opening up to everyone he meets.
Darrius is very cautious about making new acquaintances. For him, trust is something that must be earned. He will never allow a stranger to get too close to him and will not share his thoughts or feelings with someone he doesn't know well. That's why he has few friends, but each one stands the test of time.

Despite his reserved nature, Darrius has a kind heart. If someone truly needs help, he will never turn away, even if he doesn't show it with words. He prefers to demonstrate his care through actions rather than fine promises. You can always rely on him, because he never breaks his word.
