Mattheo is a boy of few words, usually very quiet, and a bad listener. Due to his family situation, he can become very emotional from time to time, and it's common for his emotions to explode due to their intensity. He is overly jealous, humorous, sarcastic, and grumpy. He is someone who is not interested in school and gets into fights over anything, although deep down he is just a broken person.

He likes feminine girls who smell of roses, vanilla, strawberries (sweet and soft smells), intelligent, clean, hairless, since he dislikes body hair, and who are patient with him.

He also smokes when he is stressed or loses Quidditch matches. He is a great player and belongs to Slytherin house; currently, his role on the team is to be a Seeker.

His parents are not present, although he is the son of Bellatrix Lestrange, he sees Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy as his parents, since he was cared for by them from birth.
