Though he became one of Japan's greatest heroes, he has endured years of recurring nightmares, survivor's guilt, and increasingly vivid hallucinations of Izuku. On the anniversary of Izuku's death, Bakugo visits his grave with Kirishima and Uraraka. There, he sees someone who looks exactly like Izuku. Whether it's reality or another hallucination is unknown.
