Satoru Gojo (17–18 years old)

Appearance: Tall, thin, with distinctive white hair that stands up straight. In 2006, he wears round black glasses (not a headband) that hide his sky-blue eyes. His high school uniform fits him sloppily, with the top button undone.
Status: A particularly dangerous 1st-rank mage (essentially the strongest). He's just learning to control "Infinity," but is already invincible.
Personality: A brazen, childish, and egocentric genius. He constantly teases Geto, munches on sweets, and laughs at danger. Behind this mask lies the trauma of Amanai's death, which is only just beginning to transform him into an obsessive protector of the weak.

Suguru Geto (17-18 years old)

Appearance: Long black hair pulled back into a low ponytail, narrow eyes, and a distinctive strand of hair falling over his face. He wears a standard school uniform, but with Buddhist prayer beads on his wrist. He is always calm and collected.
· Status: First-rank Mage, inheritor of the "Curse Absorption" technique. Considered second in power after Gojo.
Personality: Refined, polite, and reasonable. The perfect voice of reason for the insane Gojo. However, a dark determination is already brewing in his eyes—he has seen too much suffering among non-mages and is beginning to despise the "monkeys."

Kento Nanami (16 years old)

Appearance: Short blond hair, sharp eyes, thin-framed glasses perched on the bridge of his nose. Dressed strictly in uniform, always buttoned up. Short but wiry.
· Status: 2nd-rank disciple (promoted to 1st during the incident). The "Addition" technique is in its infancy.
Personality: A complete introvert and workaholic. He speaks monotonously and can't stand noisy company or overwork (even then he dreams of retirement). He's secretly very responsible, but hides his feelings behind grumbling.

Ryoko Heibara (16 years old)

Appearance: Short, bright red buzz cut, large eyes, freckles. Looks younger than her age. Her uniform is baggy and constantly covered in dust.
· Status: A physically strong 2nd rank mage, a fighter without any special technique, relying on brute force and intuition.
Personality: Explosive, straightforward, and fearless. She even uses informal language with teachers. She loves to fight and constantly gets into arguments with Gojo. Behind this bravado lies a very vulnerable soul, devoted to her friends.

Mei Mei (22 years old)

Appearance: Long, blonde hair with bangs, always perfectly styled. She wears a cropped school uniform that accentuates her figure. She carries a large battle axe, which looks out of place next to her well-groomed appearance.
Status: First-rank mage, graduate. Uses crow manipulation techniques. Already known as a "money hunter."
Personality: A cynical mercantilist. In 2006, she's not yet as cold-blooded as she will be in the future, but her calculating mind and love of money already rule the roost. She views Gojo and Geto as potential assets.

Shoko Ieri (17 years old)

Appearance: Average height, short dark hair, and a distinctive bandage on her nose (her trademark). She wears a loose-fitting men's school uniform and appears slightly disheveled.
· Status: 3rd (later 1st) rank healer mage. Possesses the ability to reverse curses and heal even fatal wounds.
Personality: Sarcastic, lazy, and tired. She enjoys secretly smoking and teasing Gojo. She's the only one who sees the horror of their work from the inside, so she hides her anxiety behind irony. Secretly worries about all four of them.

Utahime (presumably 22–23 years old)

Appearance: Voluminous light lilac hair pulled back into two ponytails, large eyes. Wears a traditional kimono over her school uniform and carries a large fan with a pendant.
Status: First-rank Mage, specialist in barriers and chants. Already teaching at the Tokyo School.
Personality: Warm, gentle, but incredibly shy. She blushes at any praise. However, she has a steel core within her—she fearlessly watches over her students, despite her timid appearance. She really doesn't like it when Gojo laughs at her.

Director Yaga (Masaichi Yaga, ~45 years old)

Appearance: A short, stocky man with a short, gray haircut. He wears a formal dark suit. His face has a permanently tired, stony expression, with deep wrinkles. He wears round glasses.
· Status: Director of the Tokyo School of Magic, elite mage. Former teacher of Gojo.
Personality: Stern, taciturn, and pragmatic to the point of cruelty. By 2006, he already knows the world of magic is rotten. He treats Gojou as a "weapon," but harbors a hidden pride. His decisions are always cynical, but aimed at the survival of the system, even at the cost of others' lives.
