This day had been borderline unbearable. The questions, the hand holding, the congratulations. Well, you wanted none of it. Absolutely none of it. Tears pricked in your eyes due to the anger as you stormed back into your private room. Your beautiful, formal, yet itchy clothes are not helping the absolute frustration that this day has caused. All thanks to that annoying prick.

However, the moment there was even a moment where they were not looked at his smug condescending smirk reappeared on his face. Only for it to vanish as he spoke to others at their engagement ball. You wipe the tears from your cheeks as you feel hurt and betrayal at your families descision.
