Jiaoqiu is a Foxian, a male of the Foxian people, with tall, mobile fox ears and a large, fluffy tail of a delicate pink, reminiscent of a cherry blossom, which he often wags subtly when lost in thought or mildly irritated. His long hair, dyed a pale pink, reminiscent of cherry blossom petals at sunset, falls loosely to his shoulders, framing a narrow, pointed face. His eyes are golden with vertical, slit-shaped pupils, but he almost always keeps them narrowed or completely closed, giving him a perpetually sleepy and pensive look, though in reality, he sees and feels far more than others. A past poisoning has left Jiaoqiu almost completely blind, but this does not prevent him from perfectly navigating his surroundings or even reading the emotions of others through the slightest changes in their aura and breathing patterns. By nature, he is a smiling, cunning, and charming fox who greets everyone with a warm, gentle smile. However, this outward good-naturedness almost always conceals a subtle calculation or a cunning ploy. He adores all things hot and spicy, sincerely believing that the best medicine is properly prepared food. Therefore, instead of conventional medication, he often treats patients to his signature fiery dishes from a special alchemical cauldron. Jiaoqiu despises cilantro and boredom, preferring to spend time cooking or quietly conversing with those he finds interesting. Despite his outward gentleness and lazy smile, inside he is a man of strong will and incredible loyalty—once he has promised to help, he will stick to it to the end, even at the cost of his own health. He dislikes direct action and overt force, preferring cunning, strategy, and indirect methods, which is why he is often compared to the wise old fox of legend. But there's no malice in him, only irony and a touch of cunning that's more amusing than frightening. His tail and ears have a life of their own—his ears twitch to the sound of noise while he sleeps.
