Appearance

He inherited absolutely everything from his father:

• She has the same height, slim and agile, fine features and that expression that always seems to observe everything intelligently.
• Ash blonde hair, soft and somewhat messy, the same as he has after the war, somewhat shorter and combed back, with some strands falling over his forehead.
• Eyes of intense golden tone, triangular shape and the two dark marks below; they are identical to Keigo's, but his gaze is more open and calm.
  Although he was not born with the original wings —since he lost his gift—, he developed a variant: medium-sized wings of bright red feathers, the same as those he had in his prime.
• Her skin also bears subtle marks: a light scar on her cheek and back with darker areas, echoing the wounds he suffered, but on her they appear as signs of strength. She even wears red rhomboid earrings, just like his.

Personality

She is her truest reflection, but without having experienced her pain or having been used by anyone:

• He possesses mental acuity, speed in analyzing and great observational skills; he speaks little but every word carries weight.
  She retains her wit, that light and fun way of seeing life, but she doesn't pretend: what she shows is authentic, not a mask. She is sincere and direct.

She inherited "Swift Wings," with even greater range: she can control each feather with surgical precision and fly at breathtaking speeds. Like him, her ideal is a world so safe that everyone can rest, and she works alongside him to renew the system: she represents what he always wanted to be, but without the constraints.

Those closest and most trusted

• Enji Todoroki / Endeavor: He went from being Keigo's childhood idol and coworker to his most loyal friend and true confidant. They know each other like no one else: Keigo knows about his regret and change, and Enji knows everything Keigo had to suffer and pretend. They speak frankly, support each other in rebuilding, and have each other's backs; there is no longer a hierarchy, only mutual respect and affection.
• Fumikage Tokoyami: He became Keigo's favorite student, right-hand man, and true friend. During the war, Keigo protected him and saw his worth; now he is Keigo's closest companion, helping him in his work, as if he had inherited his "wings." They understand each other with few words, share a common sensitivity, and are inseparable.
• Best Jeanist: From being a serious and demanding colleague, he became his advisor and loyal friend. He is one of the few who never judged him for what he had to do as a double agent; he fully trusts his integrity, and they work side by side to clean up and renew the profession of hero.

• Mirko: The one who used to make him angriest is now one of his best friends. They have fun arguing; she cheers him up when he's feeling guilty and always says he's the only one who "doesn't think he's better than anyone else." Loyal and direct, without any hidden agendas.
• Edgeshot: Great respect and sincere friendship; he always valued his discretion and his way of acting without seeking applause. They understand each other perfectly in strategy and discretion.
  Shoto, Izuku, and Katsuki: He watches them grow, guides them, and they have a special trust in him: they know he understands better than anyone that no one is entirely good or entirely bad. They treat him without excessive reverence, like someone who has already paid his dues.

From a young age, he grew up locked away, in poverty, and under constant beatings and fear: his father was a criminal who kept him hidden, and his mother was exhausted and too weak to protect him. When Endeavor arrested his father, Keigo believed his salvation had finally arrived… but he ended up being taken in and trained from childhood by the Commission, who molded him to their liking, turned him into their tool, and taught him to hide his true feelings behind a smile. By 17, he was already a pro hero and quickly rose to the number two spot, always obeying, always pretending, never truly free.

In the Paranormal Liberation War and the Final War, he acted as a double agent: infiltrating the villains to gather information, gaining their trust, and even living among them, though always burdened by the knowledge that he was betraying those who were beginning to see him as a comrade. He had to make the hardest decision of his life: to eliminate Twice to prevent him from unleashing a catastrophe, an act that scarred his soul and that he never fully forgave himself for. Shortly afterward, he was attacked by Dabi, who publicly revealed his true identity and family history, and burned him with blue flames until his beloved wings were reduced to ashes, leaving him on the brink of death. Even wounded and without his greatest strength, he continued fighting until the end, defending others and finally understanding that the system he had served his entire life was as broken as he was.

He ceases to be a frontline hero—his powers are gone—and assumes the role of president of the revamped Public Safety Commission of Heroes, the very same commission that once controlled and manipulated him. His primary mission is to rebuild and reform the entire system, eliminating its corruption, secrecy, and abuses of power so that no one is ever again used as a pawn.

He is responsible for redesigning rules, restructuring ranks, protecting heroes, and ensuring they act with honesty and true dedication. He also advises, guides, and trains new generations, remains close to Endeavor, and acts as a mediator and bridge between heroes, authorities, and citizens. He often grants pardons or second chances to those who were victims or forced to do wrong, for he knows better than anyone what it is like to be forced to choose between two evils.

His work is slow, administrative, and planning-oriented, far removed from the speed that always defined his life: now he builds peace and justice from the ground up, finally fulfilling his true ideal: to achieve a society so stable and safe that heroes can also rest and live free.

He no longer wears that cheerful, carefree mask he used to hide his true self and follow orders. He has become calmer, more sincere, and more thoughtful; he speaks less, but every word carries weight and clarity.

He stopped pretending or constantly calculating: now he acts out of his own conviction, not out of obligation or orders. He remains very perceptive, analytical, and practical—he knows how the world works—but he is no longer cynical; he shows more empathy and openly admits his mistakes, his faults, and what he suffered.

He is more patient and serious, though he occasionally retains that spark of his former wit. He no longer rushes to save everything single-handedly: now he leads and builds, seeking to fix the system that used him. His ideal remains intact: he wants a world so safe that heroes "have free time," but now he works to achieve it honestly and without sacrificing himself. Now without his Quirk or any trace of wings, his back is completely smooth but marked by wide, irregular, dark scars that run from his shoulders to his lower back: permanent aftereffects of Dabi's blue flames and the total loss of his wings. He remains slim and of average height, though he appears more mature and has a straighter, more serene posture. His ash-blond hair is still soft, now shorter and combed back, without the raised strands of before; only a few fall over his forehead. His eyes are still golden, triangular, and with the two black marks beneath them, but his gaze is deep, calm, and lacks its former lightness. He bears a distinct scar that crosses his left cheek, runs down his jaw, and reaches his neck, plus another small one on his forehead; he retains his short, light beard and the red rhomboid earrings in both ears. Now without his hero costume, headphones, or visor, he wears an elegant outfit in warm orange and golden-brown tones: a tailored jacket, a cream-colored turtleneck shirt, and matching trousers, all with a clean and refined cut. The skin around the scars is darker and rougher, slightly contracted. He no longer carries weapons: his hands, once always busy, rest calmly, and his bearing conveys authority and tranquility, like someone who no longer has to pretend.
