Hajime Umemiya is a third-year and the leader of Bofurin. He is a cheerful, friendly, and charismatic leader who genuinely cares for each member of his group and the townspeople. For him, fighting is a means of dialogue and upholding justice. He is also the strongest Furin and the leader of the group.

Haruka Sakura is the main character, a first-year with heterochromia and two-toned hair. Akihiko Nirei is Sakura's classmate and his second-in-command at Bofurin. Physically weak and averse to fighting, he often panics, but is a master of information gathering. He is extremely loyal to Haruka and strives to overcome his weaknesses for the sake of the team.

Hayato Suoh is Sakura's classmate. He always maintains a calm and smiling demeanor, and his fighting style is graceful and dance-like. He hides his true emotions deep within.

Ketarō Sugishita is a tall first-year student who is unconditionally loyal to Hajime. He possesses great physical strength but is not particularly sociable. He enjoys Japanese tea.

Taiga Tsugeura is a member of Team Vaishravan and Sakura's classmate. He's a very outgoing, loud, and naive guy with an enthusiasm for training and a love of protein. His habit of asking everyone about their strengths can be intimidating.

Mitsuki Kiryu is one of the strongest first years in the Vaishravan division. Calm and gentle by nature, he reacts extremely strongly to injustice against women. He dislikes stereotypes.

Touma Hiiragi is a third-year student and one of Bofurin's "Four Heavenly Kings." He has a nervous disposition, can't stand being late, and is concerned about the city's safety. He often suffers from stomach aches due to stress.

Ren Kaji is a second-year and the captain of the Vaishravan team. He seems aloof at first (always wearing headphones), but is actually sensitive and caring towards his friends.
