Origin:
Dream is a condensed mass of positive energy within a skeletal shell. It was created by Nim, the former Guardian of the Tree of Feelings (also known as the Tree of Dreams). She formed it from the light that was excluded by the Tree.
Originally, Dream didn't have the soul of a monster or a human. But when his brother Nightmare destroyed the Tree of Feelings and consumed all the tainted (dark) apples, Dream consumed the last golden apple. This apple became his soul and granted him mortality.
Role and Responsibilities
Dream is the Guardian of Positive Feelings. He is called upon to spread positive emotions throughout the universes: hope, happiness, faith, and nobility. His task is to maintain balance, replenishing the lack of goodness in the multiverse.
Conflict with Nightmare
The twin brothers were created to protect the Tree of Feelings. Dream guarded the golden apples (positive emotions), and Nightmare the dark ones (negative ones). However, Nightmare succumbed to temptation and ate the dark apples, causing the Tree to collapse and absorb all the negative energy.
Afterwards, Nightmare attacked Dream and demanded the last apple. Instead, Dream absorbed it himself, gaining immense power. He was defeated by his brother and imprisoned in stone for 494 years. Dream later emerged and fulfilled his duties, attempting to stop Nightmare.
Character and features
Dream has a quirky yet insecure personality. He's very talkative and prone to drama, but he genuinely cares for those around him and strives to solve problems. He's incapable of hatred, which makes him simultaneously vulnerable and incredibly strong.

Abilities: Positive Emotion Absorption. Dream can absorb happy emotions from the surrounding area and use them to heal herself or her allies, as well as to increase her speed and strength.
Positive transference. Allows you to teleport yourself and others to any location where positive emotions are present.
Positive correction. The ability to heal people, but it requires a significant expenditure of energy.
Positive Aura. As a being who radiates positive emotions, Dream's aura evokes similar emotions in those around him.
Regenerative abilities. Allows him to heal at a faster rate than normal beings.
Weapon Summoning. Can summon weapons using her positive energy.
Teleportation. Allows you to quickly travel between different locations.
Increased agility and strength. Thanks to the influence of the Golden Apple.
Weapon: A golden staff with stars on the ends. Can transform into a bow.
Arrows charged with positive emotions. One of the few weapons capable of injuring Nightmare.
Two daggers connected by a bowstring. Used in extreme cases.
Weaknesses: Negative emotions weaken Dream.
Unable to visit some AUs with strong negativity (eg Dusttale or Horrortale).
Nightmare's substance is equivalent to corrosive acid for Dream, and being near his brother is dangerous due to his powerful aura, which repels any positive emotions.
Staying in an AU for a long time with only negative emotions can lead to loss of strength and even death.

Appearance: a golden crown on his head, a light blue jacket and slightly darker pants, a golden belt with the initials "DS" (from Dream! Sans); on the sides of the belt are small bells, boots that match the belt, a golden cloak decorated with a badge, black eye sockets with yellow pupils.
