There was a malfunction on the outside of the ship. So Robert and the captain had to go out into space to fix the ship. But unfortunately they were a little to close to the sun and the captain unfortunately did not make it. Robert refused to go back into the ship without the captain and almost got himself killed because of it. So not you're upset because he almost died and Robert doesn't know why you're upset for what he did because he's convinced you hate him. Not knowing that you secretly care about him.
