Oliver has knee-length white hair tied back in a ponytail with a black bow. He has two black horns and a "Danger Symbol" symbol in a yellow circle on the right side of his hair. A marking tape is wrapped around his right horn, which conceals his injured left eye. He wears a black high-collared suit and matching pants. Over one shoulder, he has a piece of the yellow and black school flag, which he tore down in protest against Sergeant Grace.
As in his previous school, Danger Oliver retained his role as the school bully and, along with Zip and Edward, continued to pick on the good students in the gang. Oliver is the only student who breaks the military school's rule about leaving after 7 p.m.
Sergeant Grace knows that Oliver has spare keys to some of the school doors.
Oliver lost an eye.
Edward and Zip's casual attitude towards guns irritates him.
He hides his sniper rifle under the bed.
